Open Enrollment - Plan Year 2025

Open Enrollment will take place October 14, 2024 through November 16, 2024, with a benefit effective date of January 1, 2025.

You are encouraged to log in to review your current benefits and beneficiary designations that will cover you through December 31, 2024.

When logging into your benefits go to ffga.benselect.com.
• Your user id will be your employee id# or your Social Security #
• Your pin will be the last four digits of your social security # and the last two digits of your year of birth for a total of six digits

The enrollment site is available through any internet connection, you do not need to log into EPISD to access the enrollment site and Chrome is the preferred browser.

Open Enrollment is your yearly opportunity to make any changes that will provide you and your family with the coverage needed. If you need help enrolling or have questions, Employee Benefits will provide assistance and benefit presentations during Open Enrollment. Click here for the schedule of dates, times, and locations.

If you are enrolled in or would like to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), you MUST select these options during Open Enrollment otherwise they will terminate on December 31, 2024.

If you enroll in the EPISD Self-Funded Consumer Driven Healthcare Plan (CDHP) and select the HSA during Open Enrollment, the District will contribute up to $1000 towards your HSA in January 2025. Keep in mind that this District contribution counts towards your IRS determined annual maximum.
